Isla Guadalupe is a volcanic island off the west coast of Mexico's Baja California peninsula. The island is 200 nautical miles southwest of the city of Ensenada in the Pacific Ocean. Guadalupe is considered one of the best places in the world to observe the Great White Shark. It's blue waters are known for outstanding visibility.
SCUBA diving is not permitted here. The experience is enjoyed from the safety of a shark cage lowered from the stern of the boat. Surface air is supplied via a hookah. It's the only sane way to be in the water with the Great White Shark!
